Mrs. Sofianos is originally from Athens, Georgia where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications from The University of Georgia. After moving to Salt Lake City with her husband, Mrs. Sofianos sought out a career in education and pursued her Master of Arts in Teaching degree at Westminster College. Mrs. Sofianos helps manage the school’s yearbook and coaches the 8th grade girls’ basketball team. Outside of teaching, Mrs. Sofianos enjoys sailing, scuba diving, and cooking.
