In
order to avoid processing delays, please follow
these directions precisely:
Step 1
- Submit an $150 (non-refundable) application
fee per child, and all documents requested
below. Applications will not be processed
until the application fee is paid and the
documents requested below are submitted.
- Return application with copies of the following:
- Birth Certificate (All Students)
- Current Immunization record (All Students)
- Social Security Card (All Students)
- Most current report card and / or testing
(Grades 1-8)
- Baptismal Certificate (Catholic Only)
Step 2
After the documents listed above are turned
in, we will contact you regarding acceptance,
denial, or if you are placed on a waiting list.
(Note: Certain circumstances require placement
testing and / or parent and student interviews
prior to acceptance.)
Step 3
After you are notified of acceptance, you will
receive all the necessary information to begin
the registration process. This information
must be completed before entering school.
Our admission policy accepts students in the
following priority:
- Sibling of current students
- Our Lady of Lourdes Parishioners
- Other Catholic students
- Non-Catholic students
