Volunteer Hours

Each family is required to volunteer 25 hours of time each year. You are responsible for tracking your own hours. Please track your hours on this form and submit them at the end of each quarter.

If you normally volunteer for an event held later in the year and get all of you hours in then, that is no problem. This form is as much a reminder to you as to us and our event and committee chairs about who is still in need of hours later in the year.

Remember, hours may be accumulated in any number of ways, not just volunteering in your child’s classroom. Meetings for Roundup, HSA, or any other events count toward your hours. As does any time spent soliciting auction items, shopping for event supplies, etc. Check the weekly Brown Envelope for calls for volunteers if you are out of ideas.
