Ski/ Snowboard Bus: The $60.00 for the bus to Brighton for the
Ski/Snowboard Program is due by March
27th. Please make the check out to OLOL School. We have a small collection of equipment
that was left behind. Please
contact the school office to claim it.
Report Cards: Report cards went home Wednesday, March 25th. If you did not get one, please call the principal.
Spring Pictures: Send in $39.00 for the spring pictures if you have not already done so. Thank you to all of you who have done so already.
Graduation Pictures: Please look at the package, choose which pictures
(if any) you want to keep, and return the money and/or unwanted pictures to
school by April 1st.
REGISTRATION: All registration paperwork must be filled in completely and returned to the office by April 1st with the $150.00 registration fee. After this date, we cannot guarantee a place for your child and will begin filling seats with new registrations.
Qualified Catholic Tuition: We have received final notification from all of the
parishes with regard to the Qualified Catholic Status for this year. All families whose pastor did not
qualify them have received notification of their tuition increase. This must be paid by April 1st, or it will be added to your remaining FACT Tuition
payments for this year.
FINANCIAL AID: In
order to apply for any type of financial aid, a FACT Aid Assessment form should
have been completed and sent to FACT by March 25th. Any late requests will only be
considered if there is money left to give.
CONGRATULATIONS: Erik Poppleton has been invited to participate in
the state Geography Bee. We wish
him luck!
Pre-K: There will be an Open House for the Pre-K on Friday, April 17th from 9:00-11:00. Come and meet the teacher.
Annual Appeal/Kitchen Project: Our fundraising is moving along nicely. We are currently at $5,500 and only $500 away from a $3,000 match. Thank you!
Summer School: Information is available for our Summer School
Programs. (See attached
flyer.) We are now taking
registrations. Register early to
secure a space and facilitate our planning.
CALENDAR REMINDERS: Remember to keep your calendar in a visible place (like on the refrigerator door). 7th & 8th grade Friday dismissal times are posted on the calendar. The calendar is on the website if you have misplaced it. Here are some items of note:
April 1st: All registration paperwork must be turned in to the office to ensure your child’s
place in a class for the 2009/2010 school year.
April 8th: School Closed for Easter Break
April 15th: School
Begins Again
April 17th: Pre-K Open House – 9:00-11:00am
April 29th: Graduation Retreat – 8:30-11:30am in the Social Hall
