WITH YOUR CORRECT E-MAIL ADDRESS. Christmas Program: Tonight’s program will begin at the Judge Auditorium at 7:00PM. The students are asked to report to their classrooms at
6:30PM. We will go over together.
8th Grade Foreign Language Exam: Tomorrow, December 18th,the Foreign Language exam
is at 8:00am SHARP. All 8th
graders are expected to report directly to their Judge classroom at the
beginning of the day (and be seated by 8:00).
Christmas Present for Fr. JJ:
The teachers have asked the
children to each bring in 25ȼ for a gift for Fr. JJ. If you have not already done so, please
send a quarter with your child tomorrow.

Christmas Eve Mass: Any students interested in actively participating in
the 6:00pm Mass (doing readings, bringing up the gifts, etc.) on Christmas Eve
night should contact the school office.
This is a Family Mass and all of our school families are invited to
attend.
Tuition: Thank you to everyone who is up to date with their financial obligations to the school. Children of families in arrears run the risk of not being admitted to class.
First Communion/Reconciliation: The date for First Communion has been changed to April 26th due to a conflict with Confirmation. The retreat for First Communion will be held on Saturday, April 25th. The parent meetings will be held on Sunday, March 15th from 12:15 – 1:30 or Thursday, March 19th from 6:30 – 8:00pm. You must attend only one of these meetings.
The date for Reconciliation is still February 7th with a retreat beginning at 9:00am and the service at 11:00. The parent meetings are scheduled for either Thursday, January 8th from 6:30-8 or Sunday, January 11th from 12:15-1:30. You must attend only one of these meetings.
Students from another parish who wish to receive a
sacrament here at Our Lady of Lourdes must have a letter of permission from
their pastor.
Report Cards: The second quarter ends on December 19th and report cards will be going home on January 14th. Please remember to have your tuition and EDP fees up to date by January 9th or your child will not receive a report card.
Dan’s Receipts: Last month we doubled our receipts ($1134.16) and our school profit ($11.00). Thank you and keep sending in your receipts. Also send in your Campbell’s labels and Cream O’ Weber milk lids. These are all ways to bring money into the school without spending any extra.
Used Ink Cartridges: The HSA is also sending used ink cartridges back for
a refund. Please send or bring any
you may have to the office. Every
little bit helps!
High School Placement Test: The Catholic High
School placement exam is being held at Judge Memorial High School on Saturday,
January 10th.
Information can be downloaded from their website at: www.judgememorial.com.
Centre SIS: Parents of students in grades 4 – 8 will have
internet access to their children’s academic progress beginning in
January. You will be receiving the
information necessary to view this information. Please be sure to allow the teachers sufficient time to
grade papers before you expect to see them posted.
Housecleaning: No one has been in to label their possessions in the
supply closet on the gym level.
The closet will be cleaned out next week and any items deemed
unnecessary will be disposed of.
Chess – Mr.
Sanchez informed me on Friday that his work schedule has changed and beginning
in January, chess class will be on Thursday from 4:00 – 5:00
PM.
