Scheduling: I will be in New Jersey beginning Friday, April 17th
to attend my mother’s funeral. I
will return to school on Friday, April 24th. If you have any questions or concerns
for me to address, you can send an e-mail and I will get to it as soon as I
can.
Yearbook: The yearbook has been sent to print and the yearbook
staff is now taking orders for this year’s yearbook. The form is attached.
Yearbooks are being sold for $20.00 each. Order forms must be received at school with a check for the
total amount, no later than May 1st. The
yearbooks will be delivered in time for the last week of school. (The yearbook fee you paid with your
registration is for next year’s yearbook. This was done to make
next year easier with less additional requests for money.)
Calling All Girls: EYH
Salt Lake is holding a conference for girls in grades 6 – 12. Girls will be able to explore careers
in math and science through fun, hands-on workshops taught by women in these
fields. See the attached flyer.
HELP: In order to ensure the safety and well-being of the
students in the lunchroom and on the playground, we are asking for volunteers
to monitor these areas for the remainder of the school year. This is a great way to be with your
students during the school day.
Please see the attached flyer and call the school if you can volunteer.
Pre-K: There will be an Open House for the Pre-K on Friday,
April 17th from 9:00-11:00.

Annual Appeal/Kitchen Project:
Our fundraising is moving along
nicely. We are currently at $9,600
and have earned a $3,000 match.

Junior High Spring Fest: The Diocese is
sponsoring a Junior High Spring Fest on April 19th for students in
grades 6 – 8. See the
attached flyer for details.
7th & 8th grade Dance: There is a school dance this Friday at St. Vincent School. See the attached flyer.

visible place (like on the refrigerator door). 7th & 8th grade Friday dismissal
times are posted on the calendar.
