Accreditation: We
are currently accredited by the State of Utah and the Northwest Association of
Accredited Schools. After Easter,
we will be starting the process to also be accredited by the Western Catholic Educational
Association. We will be asking for
your input and assistance with this process and will keep you updated as to our
progress.
HELP: In order to ensure
the safety and well-being of the students in the lunchroom and on the
playground, we are asking for volunteers to monitor these areas for the
remainder of the school year. This
is a great way to be with your students during the school day. Please see the attached flyer and call
the school if you can volunteer.
Ski/ Snowboard Bus: This
is the last week for the Ski / Snowboard Program. Please send your check for $60.00 made out to OLOL for the
ski bus if you have not already done so.
REGISTRATION: Today was the due
date for re-registration to be guaranteed. If you still have not returned your paperwork and
registration fee, please do so as soon as possible before all the class seats
have been filled. We currently
have four classes with waiting lists!
FINANCIAL AID: The FACT Aid Assessment forms should have been sent to FACT by
March 25th if you are requesting financial aid for next year. They should be processed in about two weeks and then you will
be contacted to complete the process.
Pre-K: There will be an
Open House for the Pre-K on Friday, April 17th from 9:00-11:00. Come and meet the teacher and
assistants. See attached flyer.
Qualified Catholic Tuition: All
families whose pastors did not verify their qualified Catholic status were
notified of the tuition increase.
This was to be paid to the school by today. If this has not been done, it is being added to your FACT
account tomorrow.
Annual Appeal/Kitchen Project: Our
fundraising is moving along nicely.
We are currently at $7,300 and have earned a $3,000 match. Thank you! Thank you!
Easter Vacation: Tuesday,
April 7th, is a full day of school, with dismissal at 3:00 as usual. REMEMBER: There is
NO EDP on the last day
before a holiday. Take time to
relax and come back refreshed for a successful finish for the school year.
LUNCH: Remember
that today is April 1st.
Lunch order forms were due last Friday. If you have not returned yours yet, please
do so before
this Friday, April 3rd.
Junior High Spring
Fest: The Diocese is sponsoring a Junior High Spring Fest on
April 19th for students in grades 6 – 8. See the attached flyer for details.
CALENDAR REMINDERS: Remember
to keep your calendar in a visible place (like on the refrigerator door). 7th & 8th
grade Friday dismissal times are posted on the calendar. The calendar is on the website if you
have misplaced it. Here are some
